Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will also notify you when your order has been successfully delivered.

Shipping Locations

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

1. Verify the shipping address.
2. Check all possible delivery locations.
3. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
4. Contact the courier directly with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If the package is declared lost, please contact us at info@cybervolt.shop with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
